2024 Capital Improvement Fee - $350
New Members are obligated to pay the Capital Improvement Fee. Gate access will not be provided until membership is paid.
NEW 2024 membership dues -
- Family (Up to 2 Adults and Children if applicable): $850
- Single (1 Adult): $440
LOYALTY Membership $165 per adult - (per bylaws no children under 18 in household)
2024 Nanny fee- $50.00
