2023 Capital Improvement Fee - $300
New Members are obligated to pay the Capital Improvement Fee. Gate access will not be provided until membership is paid.
NEW 2023 membership dues -
- Family (Up to 2 Adults and Children if applicable): $800
- Single (1 Adult): $415
LOYALTY Membership $155 per adult - (per bylaws no children under 18 in household)
2023 Nanny fee- $50.00
